What I Did

  1. Clean PPC Structure

    I rebuilt and organized campaigns properly, using Exact, Phrase, and Broad match types to cover all search terms while keeping control.

  2. Budget Control

    I increased budget only on profitable campaigns, reduced spend on underperforming keywords, and focused on scaling winners instead of wasting money.

  3. Negative Keyword Strategy

    I added negative keywords regularly to stop wasted spend and improve efficiency.

  4. Brand Protection

    I created branded campaigns to protect brand keywords and prevent competitors from stealing traffic.

  5. Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display

    I used Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display to increase visibility, capture more top-of-page traffic, and strengthen brand presence.

  6. Retargeting

    I retargeted shoppers who added to cart but did not complete the purchase. This recovered lost sales and improved overall conversion rate.

  7. Pricing Adjustment

    After market analysis, I increased product price by $2. Sales volume stayed stable while profit per unit increased, which boosted overall net profit.
